Megan Pattee, PA-C

Physician Assistant | Functional Medicine & Dermatology

Megan is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a clinical foundation in dermatology and advanced training in functional medicine. Early in her dermatology career, she developed a deep appreciation for the visible manifestations of internal health, from hair loss and acne to inflammatory and autoimmune skin conditions.

While she valued the effectiveness of conventional treatments, she found herself wanting deeper answers. She recognized that many patients were managing symptoms, yet still asking the same underlying question: Why is this happening? That question ultimately led her to pursue advanced training in functional medicine.

Through this lens, Megan expanded her approach beyond symptom control to systems-based investigation, examining hormonal signaling, metabolic health, gut function, inflammation, stress physiology, and nutritional status as interconnected contributors to both internal and external health.

Her care integrates evidence-based medicine with comprehensive functional assessment, allowing her to identify underlying drivers rather than simply suppressing symptoms. She develops personalized, data-informed treatment strategies designed for sustainable improvement and long-term health.
